Eagles' Nest Extended Day Childcare
Open to all kindergarten through eighth-grade students, Eagles’ Nest is our extended day program established to provide childcare in a before and/or after school setting. Eagle’s Nest is available on a drop-in basis (no forms required) and payment is easily billed through our tuition billing system.
Hours & Payment
Eagles’ Nest is open from 6:30 to 8:15 a.m. and 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, during the school year. Please make your payments through the school office or TADS. We bill Eagles’ Nest hours in 15-minute blocks.
Eagles’ Nest may be open on certain holidays, teacher in-service days, and conference days. You will find detailed schedules in the weekly office newsletter, the News Slice.
Pay Rates
Eagles’ Nest rates are (billed in 15 minute increments):
First student – $10.00/hour
Second student – $9.00/hour
Third student – $8.00/hour
Inclement Weather and Schedule Changes
School Delays / Cancellations
If Bethlehem Lutheran School is on a two-hour delay, Eagles’ Nest will open at 8:30 a.m. unless otherwise noted. If the school closes due to inclement weather, we will also close Eagles’ Nest.
