A Christ-Centered Education for Lifelong Growth
Why Choose Bethlehem Lutheran School?
Bethlehem Lutheran School offers a Christ-centered education, dedicated teachers, and a supportive environment where students grow academically and spiritually. Join our community and build a strong foundation for the future!
Christ-Centered Education
Our Christ-centered approach to education, where your child knows they are loved and where they will learn to love all of God’s children, is at the forefront of everything that happens at Bethlehem Lutheran.
Lutheran Schools are known for their academic quality and for their ability to aid in moral and character development using God’s Word as the foundation. Lutheran schools also include daily teaching of the Christian faith and integrate Biblical truths into everything they teach. As a Lutheran school we appreciate our Lutheran heritage, specifically the anchors of Faith alone, Grace alone, and Scripture alone.
High Academic Standards
In addition to an excellent basic education curriculum, Bethlehem students also receive instruction in computer literacy, word processing, and internet research.
As we move into the future, teachers at BLS are utilizing technology to engage students and enhance the learning environment. Through the use of our iPads, Chromebooks, and more, students learn how to safely and effectively use technology to further their education.
Lifelong Learning
2 Timothy 3:15 says “…from childhood you have been acquainted with the sacred writings, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.” At Bethlehem Lutheran, we know that all Scripture is “breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work” (v. 16). We desire that our students build a firm faith foundation, as that learning will inspire all of their future scholarship.

A Thriving and Supportive School Environment
Student Life at Bethlehem
Bethlehem becomes a second home to our students. Students have unique and special relationships with their teachers, which starts with an individual family visit before school begins in the fall. Reading buddies and chapel families promote a family environment where older students serve as role models for younger students. Teachers know many more students than those in their classrooms, and interact with them regularly. Teachers get to know students beyond the classroom, often coaching or attending students’ extracurricular activities. The Bethlehem family has come alongside many students and their families during difficult times, providing stability and safety for students who are dealing with challenges. Graduating students know that they are always welcome at Bethlehem.
Exciting Programs & Athletic Opportunities
Activities and Sports
Bethlehem offers a variety of extracurricular sports and activities as part of our whole child education. We know that students who are actively engaged in athletics learn lessons that are not as easy to teach in a classroom. We emphasize learning and improving, perseverance, good sportsmanship, and healthy competition in all our activities. Our coaches share our philosophy and extend our education onto the playing field.
Older students have the opportunity to participate in various sports throughout the school year.
- Coed Soccer
- Girls Volleyball
- Baseball
- Softball
- Boys/Girls Basketball
- Swimming
- Dance
